P.S. Since scheduling at Waxing Ninja is planned to allow the correct time for each treatment please arrive at least 5 minutes early.Our studio works by appointment only. However, we do accept last minute appointments, when time allows. Simply, please SMS us as much in advance, as you can.
In the event of last minute cancellations and or no showing it really puts a strain on not only Waxing Ninja as a business but also on our customers, who maybe waiting for that particular time slot.
We ask for a 24-hour notice in the event of a cancellation or the need to reschedule. As a courtesy, confirmations are made by text message and/or email in advance of your appointment. Please SMS to cancel/reschedule if sick or unable to come. You do not need to provide us with an excuse, simply just SMS.
If you are running late please SMS us immediately with an ETA (estimated arrival time) because depending on your appointment and how full our schedule is we may have to reschedule you. Thank you in advance for your understanding.
